PK (as he is known in the Industry) is much more than a Certified Practising Valuer – API, he has been referred to as “Property’s best kept secret” and is a key principle of Karvon Property Partners.

His passion with property began in 1980 and he quickly found property had so much to offer. So he embarked on a quest for knowledge and expertise, completing courses in Real Estate, Property Valuation and Town Planning. In 1993, he formed a partnership that focused on clientele in the property and development industry. The firm provided his clients services in identification, procurement and management of development opportunities from inception to completion and subsequent sale.

Peter has also through his close relationship with his clients been involved to varying degrees in the construction process both at a hands-on and management level. He has qualifications in Property Valuation and Town Planning being an Associate of both the Property and Planning Institutes.

Peter has a strong following of his industry related articles, going back through his career as valuer, property developer & consultant, realtor and educator.
